    Default GPRS Enabled Mobile Phones ?

    Dear Friends.....I am new one of Airtel Customer. I would like access the internet in PC via Mobile Phone.What are the requirements to get this facility. Please give idea for GPRS enabled Mobiles Models and its price alsoCan we used Chinese Mobiles for the same purpose?Thanx and RegardsRavitha

    well,

    You can use in any GPRS enabled phone to surf net using airtel GPRS..but i advice u to choose any EDGE enabled phone since it will give you better speeds.regarding GRPRS tarrif plans, you have to talk to airtel customer care.

    I'm not sure about chinease phone since gprs setting for them might not be available with airtel.

    You can get edge enabled phones for as low as 2,500 rs.better one's would cost you more..check out Samsung E250.it comes for around 3,800 rs with EDGE and GPRS.also there lot of nokia phones in that range.give them a look too.

    try nokia 2630 or nokia 3110classic
    both have egde and gprs and price is also in budget

    Yes it can, but a datacable isnt included in the pack, u have to buy externaly.

    u can also connect it to pc if u have bluetooth dongle...
