Default Horrible Pings after sharing ID

Well it so happened that i shared my beam login with a friend who has recently taken beam connection and that guy told that he'll be getting his accound id and password shortly. He needed some file ..so i gave him my login ID. It opened fine. speed was same. He lived some 1-2 kms away from my house.

But after he downloaded the file. he logged out and i opened beam at my place. Speed is decent but am getting Horrible Pings.

    My speed after FUP.
Getting kicked out of Counter strike servers as soon as i join them :\
As long as Beam is nice to me, I'll continue praising it

Your sharing of login details has got nothing to do with your current pings. Select Mumbai and try again.

Agree with him. My cousin uses my ID it has nothing to do with ping.
Flush dns and use beam dns only.

    Agree with powerwatts.

Why don't you check your internet connectivity with pingtest.net?

It's not just you. I'm seeing atrocious pings (and not great speeds) to all of the Vodafone servers... right now my pings to Perth, Auckland, Singapore, LA, Paris and Limerick are all better than Vodafone anywhere in India!

Possibly Vodafone are experiencing some connectivity/routing/hardware issue.

The one in Kochi has always been awful for me (well, I say always - it's quite new), but today has just given me the best result I've ever seen from it. Hughes server in Delhi is working fine, as is Dubai - you might want to try Hughes, Kochi or Dubai for reference until Vodafone sorts itself out.

i got this doubt coz i started getting bad pings the very next day morning.

    My speedtest results for mumbai

Note: these are my post FUP speeds (i should get 2mbps but instead am getting the above mentioned speeds)
So maybe it may be due to crappy data counting software of beam(?)

Bobby which server do you play.??
I play random servers but mostly i get connected to europe servers(mostly zombie mod)

Also browsing is a little bit choppy than before.

I can confirm that speed tests to Vodafone servers are atrocious at the moment! Something is definitely up.
