I found a neat little app that changes your ip address quickly. Supposing if one isp goes down, you can switch to the other ip address very quickly, in a matter of seconds. I found this quite handy. Anyway, here it is: http://winips.com/

It's an IP changer. You know, instead of going to TCP/IP properties and changing it manually, this does it in less time. I thought this might be of use to those who use sify and other crap isps ;).

Ipswitcher is another one which i used during sify/hotwire dayz...its not free though
