Exclamation how to enable remote login - BSNL Broadband

    Hi,

am a airtel broadband user in Sri Lanka.
In Sri Lanka airtel is not allowing us to use remote logging to inbound connection. Is this feature enabled in India, if so Please advice how can I enable it.

I official made the request to airtel HO Sri Lanka but they have rejected it today.

I brought this data package connection to allow my support teams to connect to my site.

Appreciate your comment on this ?

According Airtel sri lanka. they use NAT(network address translation) for there are customer and the IPs they provide are not real IP(PUBLIC IP). Therefor I have made a request for port forwarding.(NAT IP to my DHCP IP).

    buy the way,
Which wireless modem you use for connection?
I used HUAWEI E220 usb modem.

I think you have to set up a VPN network in INDIA
and access it from Sri Lanka from your laptop or desktop computer.

See this:::Airtel::Wireless Data Cards, Wireless Internet Cards, Internet Data Cards, Wireless 3G Dat

Enquire about this with Local Airtel CC.
Better send an email to care.tamilnadu@airtel.in

    Data Card
With the Airtel Data Card, you have the freedom to access the Internet anytime, anywhere across India, on Airtel network. You can also use this service, as you roam internationally in an increasing number of destinations. With EDGE and GPRS enabled Airtel Data Card you can send and receive SMS and what's more, it is compatible with Windows 2000/XP/XP Tablet/XP Pro and Mac operating systems.

All you need to have is a standard laptop PCMCIA slot and voila! Enjoy high speed internet access with Airtel Data Card!

Here are some of its great advantages ................
