    Default new connection for cyber cafe? please help

    hi
    i am planing to start a cyber cafe
    with one CPU qx9400s or i7 920 6gb ram and 10N computing virtual desktops
    i need to provide basic browsing , video and voice chat working time will be from 9am to10pm . what is the best plan for such a setup i need a decent browsing speed on every mu station. is 2799 8mbs promotional plan still available from bsnl
