yes one thing i forget to mention, im not able to use datafox after bsnl updates its website recently.

Some users seem to be redirected here (http://bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal) as soon as they go to BSNL - Broadband Account Management. Can you guys confirm that you get redirected there immediately before you enter any details (like user id and password?).

rzeus, you said you could use DataFox at office, great. Are you checking the same account at office? Or are you looking up another account? What is the IP range at home?

The problem is that I can't seem to get to this page right now, BSNL is redirecting some uers and not others.

1.Bsnl usage portal bbservice.bsnl.in/ opens. [ Airtel/FireFox ] OPENDNS
2.BSNL Portal opens.
But I cannot check further. My bSNL BB IP is 59.xx.xx.xx
3.Datafox does not function for IP 59.xx.xx.xx [airtel ISP now ] logged out.

Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: /wps/portal'..

sometimes I also used to get this error when not connected to BSNL BB Dataone.
5. FireFOX/DataFOX/BSNLBB combination works. [OPENDNS]

If only you type bbservice.bsnl.in Log in page opens.
and if correct USERID 14digit and PW used may redirect to site you mentioned here.

8.I need 14digit ID and password to check in my connections.
9. By the way my Airtel Selfcare PW changed to xxxxxxxx ( deleted)

Suggest try an older version, after uninstalling 1.5.

Inspiron 8000 laptop.
The Blackdot in front of month does not appear.
Presume same fault for you also.

New version modified for users with Ip 117.xx.xx.xx
MY IP 59.xx.xx.xx and Datafox works Ok in Vaio Fx215 laptop with Xp SP2 etc. FF.3.0.3
Please wait till November say 20th as the programmer is other wise pre occupied.
