yes one thing i forget to mention, im not able to use datafox after bsnl updates its website recently.

@netant... me too facing the same prob..datafox does not log in.. and the direct link to usage details shows an error u mentioned above....
However i also have the datafox addon in my FF at office..there it works properly and shows the latest details..even the site bbservice.bsnl.in opens directly
I wonder why its not working at home... somebody pls try to find out!!

Some users seem to be redirected here (http://bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal) as soon as they go to BSNL - Broadband Account Management. Can you guys confirm that you get redirected there immediately before you enter any details (like user id and password?).

rzeus, you said you could use DataFox at office, great. Are you checking the same account at office? Or are you looking up another account? What is the IP range at home?

The problem is that I can't seem to get to this page right now, BSNL is redirecting some uers and not others.

@essbebe.. the acc i check at office is the bsnl acc i have at home...my ip address at home starts with 117.x.x.x . as for the redirected link, when i right click on datafox and click on show records-active month, it gives an error that netant mentioned..(this happens at home..)
btw..when i clicked on the bbservice.bsnl.in/wps/portal... it gives this error... 'Error 404: SRVE0190E: File not found: /wps/portal'..

1.Bsnl usage portal bbservice.bsnl.in/ opens. [ Airtel/FireFox ] OPENDNS
2.BSNL Portal opens.
But I cannot check further. My bSNL BB IP is 59.xx.xx.xx
3.Datafox does not function for IP 59.xx.xx.xx [airtel ISP now ] logged out.

sometimes I also used to get this error when not connected to BSNL BB Dataone.

and if correct USERID 14digit and PW used may redirect to site you mentioned here.

I am not able to log into DataFox.

However I am able to log into the portal site 10.240.144.195 with the same password and username. Datafox does not work even though it is set to the same IP address.

I am using Datafox 1.5 and FF 3.0
MY BSNL Ip starts from 59.xx.xx.xx

Any help will be appreciated.

Yes . but i read some problem for MTNL users with some @ in ID. not sure
.Download and try. Different menu buttons for BSNl MTNL mumbai and MTNL Delhi.
