i dont like it overall but it definitely is better looking than santro and getz too... and does not look bad with black bumpers.

they finally managed to get the red color right i guess. swift proved that indian customers can be lured into buy red cars!

    it wont touch alto.

    it wont touch swift.

of course it's a much better deal than wagon-r and zen estilo both of which looks like crap.

I wont touch alto .....thats 4 sure.....coz its entirely different segment.

Swift isnt selling much now.........so no point .But whatever market it has ,it's going to take some part of it definitely.

diesel has a waiting period. still. more than a month. around here. gurgaon is full of swifts and new ones are pretty common sight. i no longer buy auto magazines but i am sure swift continues to sell impressively. would be in top 10 for sure. should be around no. 5 or 6.

Maruti will prolly always 'make' a waiting period. They would still have some of sarkari traits. Anyways lets not get into whether swift is selling or not, but i think i10 would definitely encroach market of swift as well as its own sister santro xing. Its priced midway , so u never know. It would not encroach upon the diesel model though.
