a couple of things.
just three matches have been broadcast. so youtube still has a lot to learn to ensure proper quality of service.
failure of stream is also somewhat dependent upon your internet connectivity.
delay of 1-2 overs is i guess expected looking at the logistics of streaming a live event on the web. technology is only going to improve.
youtube does not control if US rights are owned by some other party. they are new to this business and if it is not profitable for them, they might not do it next year.
of course, if you have a television set broadcasting Indian Premier League, youtube does not make sense.
it eats up precious bandwidth. quality is not that great. but it is starting of something revolutionary. remember that part.
