Keep your 12 digit Subscriber ID (Smart Card Number) ready. The Subscriber ID is printed on the rear of smart card which is inserted in your Set Top Box.

Keep the recharge PIN (12 digit) ready to recharge the account. The PIN is found on the reverse of the Recharge Voucher (RCV).

You will receive a reply SMS confirming successful recharge

Via IVR
To recharge your BIGTV account, please call 022 30337474 or 1800 200 9002 (toll free).
On reaching the IVR, you will be prompted to enter your 12 digit Subscriber ID (Smart Card Number).
Thereafter you will be prompted to enter the 12 digit PIN available on the Recharge Voucher.
At the end of the transaction the IVR will confirm successful recharge
