Hey Can someone give me a link to download Turbo C++.I need it badly for my brother who is learning C++ in School these days.

Use Relo instead.
Ditch Turbo C++ use Relo ! - Digit Forum
see ,tc is sooo old and non standard one.
Either use Linux and gcc or Anjuta IDE/Eclipse/Kdevelop.
else in window$ :Ditch Turbo C++ use Relo !

^yes ,relo allows the same syntax of turbo C.
