Don't post u r smartcard number because some one may misuse it.Better delete it.
I requested for activiting the channel this afternoon to watch
Live Sri Lanka - India one day match today 24th Aug. The person incharge
of recharge told me to take Zee sports. On activation I found that live coverage is
not in Zee sports . Immediately I called customer care and informed them
about the mistake on their part and asked them to activate the correct
channel so that I can watch it from 2 30 pm. Ref 0003714165 dtd 24/8/08
First I was told that It will take 24 hours to attend to my complaint.
After long wait and delay , I was told by the operator Vijay that i will be
watching the match live and arrangements are being made .
I am keeping my fingers crossed. Any authorities online?

2 30 pm The match already started, no action taken , this is very bad...
2 50 pm Again spoke to Customer care (Ms Bagya) After long wait she gave
me the complaint no 0003717791 and action is still in progress
Match is in progress... When they will activate?????? What happened
to the assurance that it will be activated by 2 30 pm and I will be
able to watch the match?????
3 30 pm Thanks Arun delted SC No... They call it 24 hours customer care
and the nodal officer's office is not working, rang him up and the office is
closed for Sunday! It is almost one hour since the match started and there
is no sign of their activitating the channel as per commitment
25th Aug 11 00 Am One Ms Sheela from Sun Direct gives a ring to inform me
that it will take one and a half days to correct the mistake

if you have internet why you rely on customer care or dealer??
login to your account with smart card no. recharge yourself and activate which ever adon package you want??.
by doing this you will save telephone charge+unnececory tension+your valuble time.
