Have TATA Wimax ppl check your signal strength, guess they call it CINR: if it's less than 20 then it's the problem with signal....
report low speeds & have a engineer come & check the connection
Last month, I signed up for the unlimited 256kbps plan , and the speeds were consitent around the given speed.
But this month, i upgraded my plan to 384kbps unlimited, and it worked for 1 week at 380kbps, after that my plans are very slow.
I can't even watch a youtube video continuously.
I did a speedtest and the following results I got.
While doing the speedtest, I switched up all other browsers and that speedtest was the only thing that was connecting/downloading/uploading from my computer. I also tested the speedtest from different servers across, and I got more or less the same result.
What could be the problem? Are you all getting the speed you signed up for? What should I do?
