TATA is becoming crazy ..... i used to get bills to my home ... i stoped tata and get BSNL again
Hi All,
Please let me know if you are receiving bills for your Tata Wimax Broadband connection in physical form as I am only getting e-mail bill and when I asked them for physicall bill, they said that we dont deliver the bills free of cost, if you want the physical bill then you will have to pay Rs 50 per month. What I know that TRAI has made this mandatory to deliver the bill for all customer without any charges, you can charge if customer is asking for itemized bill.
Can you guys check with TATA?
Thanks
Manoj

i still get my bill on papers every month for TATA Photon free of cost !
This is what I got when I asked their customer support:
Dear Mr. Manoj,
We regret the inconvenience caused to you.
As per the feedback from our concern team we would like to inform you that Rs.50 is the charge for the Physical bill and if you are interested to pay this charge we can send hard copy of bill at his billing address on each month, but as you are not interested to pay charge for the physical bill, we can not send the physical bill but you can download bill from your account also.
Assuring you of our best services at all times.
For any further assistance, please feel free to contact Customer Service at Tata Indicom Broadband (the link contains the location wise contact numbers) or mail us on customerservice@tatacommunications.com. We will be delighted to assist you.
Warm Regards,
