South Value is not part of South Saver pack. South Value is for southern customers who also want Hindi channels, while South Value is for southern customers who dont want hindi but want English channels.

I hope Set Max is offered to customers of all packs for free as they did last year. If not free, it must be available as a add on channel.

Yes I too expect the same that Set Max will be added as an add-on pack.

Set Max as an add-on will not be a good option to pay for, its placement in the Base pack is appropriate but to solve this problem other sports channel are available on Tata Sky as Neo covers most of these matches.

Neo might not telecast Indian Premier League however, most of other matches that are played around the year are telecasted exclusively on NEO sports. Many will not like the idea of shifting SET MAX to alacarte or add-on as it will increase the cost of viewing the single channel. At the end the meaning of package is making the right choice as SET max is included in most of the base pack.

An add-on or alacarte increases cost which consumers refrain from getting into and it is only these two packs that you have mentioned it is on the customer to select the appropriate pack options are available from all of the other base packs.
